when the water turns gold ... and the sand suffuses in gold...

                                           Thursday challenge
                         "METAL" (Metallic, Steel, Bronze, Gold, Iron, Shinny,...)
Gold ...descending from the sun.....


 Reflecting the waters...soaking the sands...........


The eternal 'Alchemist' turns everything gold.....


The 'gold' swallows all the dark forces....The 'panchtatva'...the five element of life ....all engulfed in 'gold'...the eternal golden sheen....

 

And then someone comes....


Later some more .... and they start digging for the gold...they dig , they delve into the deeper layers...they toil hard . Their hands remain empty as they couldn't see the gold ...descending from the eternal source .............


'The alchemist' pours the gold , showers it on us ....and we dig somewhere else...

    Beautiful! Reminded me of lines from a malayalam song- Pokkuveyil ponnuruki puzhayil veeNu- meaning The evening 'sun-gold' melted and fell into the river...

    Thank you Sangeeta,I can see why you were reminded of the song.It also had such beautiful visual of the Golden sun. I did not put up the you tube link for the malayalam song because the picturisation did not match up with the lyrics.

    This is Beautiful!! The alchemist pours GOLD - love this line, your interpretation....

    Every morning when the SUN spreads its GOLDEN rays, it reminds us that we have a new day ahead, a blank canvas to fill with "GOLD" :).

    Thanks Anu...These pictures are of marina beach Chennai . The Banaras pictures are in the archives. Sunrise is really magical in some places.
